Shipping Rates Based on Negotiated Carrier Rates

Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the actual published rates by our carriers, including all carrier surcharges, if applicable. Also, there is a $3.00 handling fee for each order processed.

When Will My Order Ship?

Weekdays: For orders shipped via UPS Express, all in stock items ship on the same business day for orders placed before 1pm (PST). Please see our handy UPS Delivery chart below. For all other ship methods, all in stock items ship on the next business day for orders placed before 2am (PST). Orders placed after 2am (PST) are processed the next business day, and in-stock items ship the day after being processed.

Weekends: If your order is placed after 2pm (PST) on Saturday, it will be processed the following business day for shipment one business day later. All other ship methods ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

U.S.K & K, INC. offers the following shipping options for delivery within the United States:
United States Postal Service (USPS)

Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.
Express Mail Service, arrives in 2 days in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas, includes weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.

Express Mail will always require a signature upon delivery. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

UPS Express

Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone. Because of our high volume, they have allowed us to offer extremely good rates to our customers.
Overnight Priority Service, arrives 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
2-Day Service, arrives in 3-4 business days, excluding holidays.
3-Day Express Saver, arrives in 4-5 business days, excluding holidays. Not available to Alaska or hawaii addresses.

All UPS orders placed by 1pm (PST) ship same day.
All orders placed after 1pm (PST) ship the following business day.

Please note that UPSl Express may require a signature for delivery, unless a signature waiver is on file with them. If you are unable to sign for the package and don't have a waiver on file, or if you aren't sure, please leave a signed note authorizing the driver to leave the package without a signature. U.S. K & K, INC. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen when a signature is waived.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

Ground Service, arrives in 2-11 business days.

Please allow one extra day for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska addresses.

U.S. K & K, INC. offers the following shipping options for delivery within Canada:

Canada
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are shipped via UPS Express International,UPS International or Canadian Air Mail. Canadian Air Mail takes from 5 to 15 business days.
Orders to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns in 14 days, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. No returns after 14 days will be accepted. We do not accept returns on special orders.  To return:

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state. We will issue a credit to your credit card account after we receive the products. We do not credit postage for returns. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

To exchange:

If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $6.88 to cover postage. U.S. K &K, INC. is not responsible for postage on returned items. Send the products back in their original condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the sale receipt. Write down on a piece of paper what you want to exchange dor. We will send out the exchanged itmes after we receive the returns. Based on the price difference to your credit card. We will charge the shipping cost to your credit card.
